Best Western Hotel Am Spittelmarkt

Welcoming and helpful staff. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean.

Good hotel. Clean rooms and warm (it was -8 outside). Only a short walk to underground station. we were on 7th floor so very quiet. We had a bit of a problem getting some milk for tea/coffee (we're English) and we eventually bought our own. There was also a data breach prior to arrival, apparently the hotel were aware for those booking though Booking.com but we had booked direct. I don't think was was managed well.

Nice location on quiet street, few minutes away from U2 station and bus stops. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. Walking 17 min to museum island or bus 147. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are basic, but all clean and comfortable. Room cleaning upon request. Tea, coffee and kettle in room, liquid soap (no shampoo and conditioner, no shower cap - but it is OK, just be prepared) in bathroom, good water pressure in shower. Happy stay!
