Mekong Riverview Hotel

Great stay in amazing town! Nice colonial-like building of the hotel where you can expect all the services, comfortable bed and amenities. Plus the views from your balcony!

This hotel is located on the Mekong River at the end of a point. It is a quiet location within walking distance of anyplace in Luang Prabang you would care to visit. The rooms are large and well appointed. My room was on ground level with a nice outside sitting area overlooking the river. The staff was attentive and very helpful. They have an outdoor restaurant across the road with a great view of river traffic. The inclusive breakfast was served until 10 am. They offered both western and Lao food with French breads and pastries were served with strong Lao coffee. A thumbs up and a good value.

On the river with a beautiful view and in a convenient location to visit the city '. We slept in the junior suite with a balcony from which to view the river. The room was very large and spacious as well as the bathroom. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a restaurant across the street offering some freshly cooked things and a picocycle buffet. Maybe the.choice is not wide but the view of the mekong makes up for it. Highly recommended hotel
