Dining at the riverside restaurant was an absolute highlight of our stay. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with their genuine warmth and attentive service. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be traveling back here again very soon!

My husband and I loved our stay. *Mr. Ken* gave us such a warm welcome and the check-in was smooth with lots of useful info. *Mr. Kam* escorted us to our room and explained all the facilities and amenities. Dinner by the Mekong was delicious and so peaceful. Breakfast had a great variety too. This hotel truly captures the charm of Luang Prabang. We’ll be back!
