The Empress Premier is a very nice hotel and we had a good time. The buffets on are definitely worth going to morning or night. Moon was our server - she went above & beyond to make us feel pampered...

I decided to make a reservation at the Empress this year. It was cancelled due to the flood. I understand. The Empress Premier was operational so for a period of 6 weeks the same room als last year...

We arrived to the hotel only to find out that our travel agent booked us for the wrong month and all hotels were full because of a festival that was taking place we had no wear to stay and it’s 9 pm...
