AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN

I don’t even know where to start but me and my girlfriend stoped here on the way back up to NJ from NC booked king bed and when we got in the room sheets where stained we don’t even normally check that’s stuff but it was so obvious and disgusting after that we checked the mattress snd there was yellow stains we went to the desk had pictures and explained we wanted a refund or new room. The women was not sure how many beds where in each room and said you will have to chance it to see what bed although she gave us another room without much trouble she acknowledged it happens a lot. We went to the new room and opened the door first thing that happen is the curtains fell right off the window opening the door. We checked the bed it was clean however the shower did not drain and the toilet was easily clogged with a piss. I don’t even know what to say we were so tired we called explained our situation and just slept overall this was a terrible stay

There were several hairs on the sheets, like from different heads! The towels were strewn on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if they were clean or used. The blinds broke when I tried to lower them. The worst part was the mattress was covered with plastic that was hot and crinkly. The AC blew directly on me and it was very unpleasant, even lowering the temp, I was blasted by it all night. The place felt like a prison.

A nice clean peaceful place to stay. Everyone was nice… Good hospitality ❤️. I didn’t see not one bug. There was no bug 🪳 roaches Front desk had me in my room within two minutes. I would recommend staying there to my family and friends. Easy going
