Next, is a 1 hour guided tour inside the Bundaberg Rum distillery to see the giant Molasses wells that can hold up to 5 million litres of Molasses, view the distillation and fermentation process in action and then finish at the Barrel House to hear how the rums are aged and matured for a minimum of 2 years.
