* Participants must sign a waiver declaring they are medically and physically fit to undertake a surfing experience * First time visitors must arrive at the Surf Academy 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to watch a safety video * Please bring swimwear * Restrictions: Children must be over 6yrs of age

* Cancellations up to five days prior to the booking date and time, participants will receive a voucher for the total booking amount to be used at Urbnsurf directly * Cancellations within five days of the booking date and time, participants will receive a voucher for 50% of the total booking amount to be used at Urbnsurf directly * No refund or vouchers will be provided for any cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of the activity date, no-shows and late arrivals
