Join this interactive 1.5 hour dot painting workshop to learn all about the traditional art form of dot painting with local Anangu artists. Discover the importance of storytelling through art in the Indigenous culture with local elders and interpreters that share a piece of their customs and culture with you. During this dot painting workshop, participants will learn about ancient art symbols, painting styles and traditional tools that are used to create the one-of-a-kind artworks that depict the Creation time (Tjukurpa) stories. You’ll also get to create your own work of art illustrating your own unique life story to take home with you as a memento of this experience.
