1. Sky Capsule Experience

• Route Type: One-way travel only between Mipo ↔ Cheongsapo. Passengers must board strictly at the station designated during booking.

• Time Slot Policy: The reserved time slot indicates your "station entry and queue time" (not the exact departure or arrival time). Capsules depart sequentially every 30 minutes.

• Queue Notice: ⚠️ Due to extreme popularity, waiting times to board may still occur even with a pre-booked time slot, especially on weekends and Korean national holidays. Please budget your itinerary generously.

2. Haeundae Beach Train Experience

• Ticket Types: The 2-Ride Ticket allows access to any 2 stations (1 entry per station, total of 2 entries). The All-Station Ticket allows entry to every station exactly once. Both options can be used for a round-trip journey.

• Punctuality: Your selected booking time applies strictly to your first boarding. Please head to the boarding line early, as the gates close 10 minutes prior to train departure.

• Seating Policy: Seats are unreserved and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If the train reaches seating capacity, passengers must stand for the duration of the ride.
