Athletic Wear: Gym/sportswear is strongly recommended for comfort and freedom of movement.
Mandatory Grip Socks: BEAT Active Grip Socks are required for trampoline and jumping activities. Personal or non-BEAT grip socks are not permitted. They can be purchased at the venue for 70 THB per pair.
Covered Shoes: Closed-toe athletic/sports shoes are mandatory for accessing the Climbing Zone and Skate/Skateboard Zone.
Waiver Form: All guests (or legal guardians for guests under 18) must sign a liability waiver form at the counter before entry.
Health Restrictions: Expectant mothers, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or back/neck injuries participate at their own risk.
Personal Belongings & Electronics: Loose items and electronic devices (phones, cameras) are prohibited on trampoline mats and padding. Lockers are provided for storage.

Once tickets or wristbands are issued or purchased, they are completely non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be upgraded.
Bookings are valid strictly for the specified date of booking and cannot be changed, moved to another day, or compensated under any circumstances.
