⚠️ Socks Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, all visitors (both children and adults) must wear anti-slip socks at all times while inside the play zones. (If you do not have them, anti-slip socks are available for purchase at the front counter).
Companion Ticket Condition: The Adult Accompanying Ticket cannot be purchased or used individually. It must be bought and used in conjunction with at least one Child Ticket, and adults must closely supervise their children at all times.
Time Tracking: For the 3-hour packages, time tracking begins immediately after your ticket is scanned at the entrance. Overtime usage may result in additional charges based on the playground's standard hourly rates, payable directly at the venue.
Voucher Redemptions: Once your booking is successful, Gother will issue a Voucher containing a QR Code/Barcode via your email or the Gother application. Please present this voucher to the staff at the front counter to redeem your entry wristbands before entering.
