It is our second time spending our family vacation at Hotel Adriatik, and once again we are absolutely delighted with our stay. We are very impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness, warm hospitality, and the wonderful breakfast staff, who always greet guests with a smile. Our room is kept spotless every day thanks to the excellent housekeeping team on our floor – Lumja, Majlinda, and Xhani. Their dedication and hard work are truly appreciated. The young man who looks after the beach umbrellas is incredibly hardworking, efficient, and always willing to help. The beach is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Ali, the hotel’s security guard, is very polite and professional. The security guard at the hotel entrance is also very attentive and helpful with parking. The level of safety and security at Hotel Adriatik is outstanding and makes us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Thank you, Hotel Adriatik, for always making us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The first person we met was Rubin, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted us all the way to the front desk, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. During check-in, we were greeted by Ajsin, who was exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming. He made us feel comfortable right away and handled the entire check-in process with great care. He clearly explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and our stay, making sure we had all the information we needed. Both Rubin and Ajsin provided outstanding hospitality and made a wonderful first impression. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests truly enhanced our experience.
