Brahmi Hotel is a true family hotel with qualified staff, fresh restaurant offerings, and a focus on gastronomy at a great price 🏆.

REAL experience: an extremely disappointing and unreliable reservation request. Interactions with this establishment were marked by contradictory information and a lack of clear coordination. The reservation conditions changed several times throughout the exchanges (by phone and then by email), without coherent explanation. After receiving an initial indication of availability, I was informed that the room was ultimately suitable for only one person, whereas it had been mentioned for 2 people. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that the room was already reserved. This succession of changes in information and inconsistencies in handling requests indicates a lack of seriousness and reliability in processing reservations. I strongly advise against relying on their confirmations until their internal management is clarified. I can provide proof of the exchanges!

I stayed for the second time at the Brahmi Béjaia ville hotel. Everything was perfect: the reception, the room, the breakfast buffet, the restaurant. The entire hotel team is courteous, friendly, available, professional. I'm very satisfied. I will come back and recommend.
