Hotel Les 7 Claus

I spent two fatal nights at Les 7 Claus. When booking, well in advance, I asked for a quiet room, as I usually do in any accommodation. The room itself was not bad, but as we entered there was a noise as if it were ventilation, which a few minutes later could no longer be heard. At the front desk I was assured that it was something that lasted about 30-40 seconds. However, when I returned to the room at night, the annoying noise was there and continued throughout the night with very few and short interruptions. The morning receptionist, although very friendly, failed to solve the problem, and the second night was exactly like the first. Really, I don’t think anyone had the slightest idea where the noise was coming from, although it was noticeable already during the day. They basically don't know their rooms or how their facilities work. In addition, the receptionist of the night answered me very badly ("I should have left" he told me, as if it were not a problem of his facilities and as if a traveler had a plan B of accommodation, in case the hotel where he has booked ignores his orders). Anyway, in two days they didn’t fix anything, nor did it occur to them to compensate for the hassle in any way, for example by offering breakfast. I have stayed in many places, but that level of service and treatment in a three star I have never seen it. Oh, sure, and all paid for at check-in!

Can't fault this Hotel really apart from there's no car park but many Hotels in this area don't have Car parking so you park in private multi storey,s and pay around 10 to 15 Euro,s for 24 hours which is cheap.Hotel reception friendly and spoke good English.Rooms basic but good bathroom,great powerful hot shower with monsoon shower.Bed comfy,few scuffs on walls so not immaculate but who cares? Breakfast a continental affair but lovely coffee from machine,cold meats and cheeses,fruit,cereals,yoghurt,and best thing was the delicious cakes/pasties.Duty free shops in the centre where alcohol is virtually free.

Hotel near the center of Andorra and Chaldea, you can walk there, very friendly and attentive staff who make you feel at home. The quadruple loft-type room is spacious and has very comfortable beds. The buffet is good. In general everything very good. We will be back.
