Terrible welcome: the hotel reception is based at the car park of an Audi/Porsche shop, the hotel in general has an ugly and depressing look. The views from the windows were terrible. There's usually no car park space available and if there's any, it's EXTREMELY expensive (about 25 euro per night). The staff never say 'Hello' to you or smile at you and they make distinctions between 'Booking' clients and internal clients. They make you pay for spa towels, things like breakfast or lunch are EXTREMELY expensive again and not great at all. I found very irritating the fact that they changed our towels EVERY DAY, ironically there's a notice saying 'please think of the environment' and we kept leaving them as they were asking to do but they were replaced everyday. Also, spa, jacuzzi and swimming pool were crowded at all times with families and children all over the place, if you're looking for a relaxing place this is definitely not for you. You could easily find 5 children and 2 adults in a jacuzzi, which is usually for 4 people. Children would play, scream and jump into the pool constantly. Only good thing I could think of is the location, 20 mins. away from the main shopping street in Andorra. --- No recomendable en absoluto. A la recepcion se accede por el parking de una tienda de coches, las instalaciones y lo que es la imagen del hotel es muy pobre. El personal no saluda, no sonrie y te tratan de manera diferente cuando saben que eres de Booking. Normalmente no hay parking disponible y si lo hay son unos 25 euros la noche. El buffet y comida disponible es carisimo y no es bueno. Recomendaria comer fuera ya que comimos por mucho mas barato y mejor cuando lo hicimos. Me parecio un atentado contra el medio ambiente que nos cambiaran las toallas CADA DIA, precisamente habia un cartel donde decia que pensaras en el medio ambiente, las dejabamos donde pedian y seguian cambiandolas y tirando los vasos de plastico. El spa, piscina y demas estaban lleno de familias y niños que no paran de correr, chillar y tirarse a la piscina (para hacerse una idea, en el jacuzzi te podias encontrar a 4 niños y 3 adultos, cuando es solo de 4 personas...). Si buscas relax: EVITALO. Cada noche se escuchaban gritos de niños en los pasillos. Lo unico bueno es la localizacion ya que esta a 20 mins. andando hasta la calle principal de compras.

Very well situated , 5 minutes walk to the town center. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Very big and comfortable rooms. We got a family room (4 pax). Recommended half pension as you get free forfeits . The restaurant is quite good with variety and quality in the buffet. Not expensive.

Nice hotel just out of downtown Andorra de Vella. It is a 15 min walk to the city center. The hotel has nice big rooms and comfy beds. Private indoor parking, nice staff and a bar that's open till 23PM. Breakfast is international and some local stuff. Stayed for 2 nights for business. Tv could have more internationals channels at least that's my opinion. The hotel has got a Spa area on the 7th floor with e nice big swimming pool and sauna. Massage is possible. Room service is available.
