Mercure

My experience was very positive. The hotel offers a great structure, excellent location and provides a very comfortable stay. The service was very good throughout the stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and always willing to help, contributing to a pleasant experience. The room follows the standard already known from the Mercure network: comfortable, functional and well-maintained. I just leave a comment regarding the bathroom, because the box door cannot contain all the shower water, causing some of it to leak to the floor. It is a simple detail, but that could be adjusted to offer more comfort. A very interesting differential is the wellness space available for free to guests. Although it is called a spa, it is a very nice area, with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, ideal for relaxing after a day of city tours. The location is also worth mentioning. The hotel is very close to the centre of Andorra, allowing to do virtually everything on foot, without the need to use transportation, which makes the stay even more convenient. The breakfast is very good, with a good variety of options and quality products, being a great start to the day. As a suggestion for improvement, I think it would be very interesting to make water filters available to guests. For many people, especially those who do not have the habit of drinking tap water, this is a simple service, but that makes a huge difference during the journey. In addition to offering more practicality, it demonstrates special care with the comfort of guests. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Hotel Mercure. I recommend!

This hotel is ideally located in the city center and has parking (though the price of $26 is a bit high). We had a very spacious "superior" room (suite), quite comfortable except for the size of the bed, which is from another era. The breakfast offers a significant selection of savory dishes. On the other hand, there is very little choice on the sweet side, and the pastries are mediocre. The fruit juices are of poor quality.

Hotel in the city centre close to shops works hand in hand with the Novotel. Unwelcoming and unsympathetic staff. Comfortable room clean but aging. Evening buffet to run away. Morning buffet very good
