We booked this hotel for several reasons: Escaping the noise of the city (Andorra la Vella) is a failure; even paying more for a garden-side room, it is very noisy. Enjoying the pool, also a failure. The pool is closed (end of June!) and we did not pay less for it!! The spa costs €14 per person, and we were not offered a discount considering the pool's closure! Not nice. I do not recommend this establishment. They will not see me again.

Bad service due to lack of staff. Even during New Year's Eve dinner. They must complement the staff and not take advantage of 5 people when there must be at least 10

We have been going for many years, in this last one it was in June, heat, and we are going to more, we are hot, they do not have air conditioning the rooms, they had to leave us two fans, I think they need a renovation, the pool has the vertical staircase, the traditional, I almost had to ask for help to get out, otherwise perfect, nice, good location, excellent food, good treatment. I sent them an e-mail mentioning these two things and the answer was short, we'll study it. And it's not. We'll find another one.
