We were surprised to find such a neglected and dirty apartment: crooked lamps, glass full of fingerprints, the sofa was downright disgusting, the switches and outlets, door handles, and the bottoms of the tiles were full of dust and dirt, the inside of the microwave, upper grill, with food residues... we had to clean the areas that disgusted us the most with disinfectant ourselves. The girl at reception was fine, but the apartment was very neglected, to be honest. Terrible value for money.
