Excellent hotel with exceptional service and all the staff are great professionals who make your stay wonderful, and the spa offers an unforgettable service with great professionals, just like the reception and the restaurant with a great chef.

It is my fifth time and it is always a very pleasant surprise the excellent staff treatment a wonder by everyone reception, spa, restaurant, cleaning great professionals who strive to make the stay perfect and the room 10 out of 10 I am already thinking of making the next reservation

I consider the room comfortable, clean, spacious... all good for the 4 stars. The problem is that it is advertised as a room with a spa included and there are no hours available. For this price we would have taken another hotel, if we know we will not be able to enjoy the spa. I think they should know the capacity of the spa and offer room with spa if there will be room, otherwise, no. If it is included, we usually all want to take advantage of it by not having room for everyone. We were disappointed with our stay, because after a few days of sport and thinking that you wait half an hour, or whatever, of spa and when you arrive to be told that it can not be, upset.
