Vaquers 3000 apartamentos

I stayed in the apparetmentos 3000 apartment with my partner and three others, we were in Andorra for 4 nights. It's was a little cramped for 5 people, never mind the 6 it could accommodate. We arrived late on the first night and we're made to pay an additional €30 even though it wasn't our fault our plane was delayed. You have to make sure that you keep the apartment tidy before you leave and they have strict rules when you're checking out. They ask you to bring back all of the bedding and towels they provided which is a bit of a hassle. We managed to tidy everything up (it wasn't messy to begin with but we make it look nice) and then we took pictures of the apartment to show them at the office so we didn't have to wait to get someone to check the apartment- I would advise to do this! Overall, it was a decent apartment and you get what you pay for, use the shops near by for your coffee/ milk/ toilet roll as they don't supply anything for you.

This apartment has great potential but unfortunately let down by many things . Missing from the apartment :- Tea towels , hand towels ,toaster ,kettle , cheese grater , wine glasses , small knives to peel or cut , no oven dishes , no salt or pepper and broken scissors. These are the essentials that should be here without question if you wish for repeat custom . On top of the above we arrived to find someone in our parking space , the washing machine was not plugged in or even plumbed in ! You had to physically move it and plumb it in yourself ! The hot water ran out after 3 showers so number 4 guest couldn't wash until the morning. The pillows are 2x long ones which only one pillow case fitted properly. The chair bed collapses when you sit on the edge of it and there not enough coat hooks , shelves or mirrors . The master bed mattress is like concrete , very uncomfortable and there are not enough pillows . On the plus side of this appt it's heated well , it's on the quieter edge of town and there are some nice pieces of furniture . Who ever is running this block - sort it out !You have done the hard work already . Look at the nationalities of the people who book and provide the essentials they are accustomed to . Until that day we won't be back .

Please, do not stay in anyone of the many buldings that Apartamentos3000.com has in Pas de la Casa. We stayed in a building named Sky. I know they are very economic, but our room was dirty (even I had to clean the shower drain with my own hands), the kitchenware was poor (we had to ask for spoons and some other basic stuff) and the administrative personnel is rude and incompetent (we had a problem with the parking too). But the worst experience we had with this people is that I was charged €150 in my credit card, a week after leaving the room, for a damaged heater we didn't break. So beware of your credit card because Apartamentos3000.com totally ignored my claim and I hate to say they got away with it.
