St Jamess Club Villas All Inclusive

It was our seveth visit to this beatiful redort.The location nothing short,but spetacular. There qre some small improvemrnts ongoing. The ice cream parlor and coffee shop only 2 to metion. Service is still of a high level. The smiles are more and staff seems gappier.We met some of the West indian cricket players as well.St.James is a very special place. We love the staff,the Manager Riaan thank you. See you next year.

We had a wonderful time at St. James! It was our third time in Antigua, 2013 for our honeymoon, 2025 friends trip to their sister property The Verandah, and back again in 2026 with our children and parents. It's a lovely resort with several dining options and amazing staff. Make sure to see Torri-Ann at the excursions desk for her sparkling personality and amazing recommendations. She was so helpful in organizing off-site ventures, even if it's just choosing another beach to check out and coordinating transportation. While the resort is great we do love the beaches on the other side of the island so if you're visiting make sure to plan at least a couple of days out exploring. Definitely take advantage of the hotel's shuttle to Pigeon Point Beach at a minimum. String Ray City is a good excursion, but if you're a bit more adventurous pair it with the Extreme Circumnavigation boat tour of the island, such a fun day (adults only though!)

We recently had our wedding at this resort with 20 guests. Sharing our experience to help others planning to visit this resort. • Key wedding details were not honoured (confirmed menu, flowers, legal arrangements, photo booth). • Poor coordination—unorganized, unresponsive wedding coordinator led to day-of issues and shortcomings • Guest accommodations mishandled, especially for seniors with mobility needs. • Rooms outdated unless upgraded; multiple maintenance issues (e.g., broken A/C, safes, phones, doors). • Royal Suites experience didn’t meet expectations—concierge service lacking basic amenities unavailable e.g., no clean towels for 3 days. • Other amenities unavailable (e.g., lengthy facilities closures). • Cleanliness and security concerns reported (cockroaches, multiple reports of missing cash and items). • Management response was limited and insufficient. • There are some excellent people working at the resort this was not enough to make up for the experience Overall: Disappointing experience with serious issues in service, organization, accommodations, and trust. Not recommended for weddings or vacations. Star rated should be reassessed.
