Stayed hear for a group tour. The hotel does not looked well maintained Ed and the rooms are surface cleaned only. The hallways smell like there is moisture in the air. The breakfast is subpar with liquid scrambled Luke warm eggs. The coffee is bitter with an after taste. We walked a block up to the mall where there are coffee shops located that serve real great tasting coffee. I only eat fruit and bread at breakfast. In short it’s good enough for a group that is balancing location and cost . For any other type of stay I would not recommend.

My family has been staying for years at the Amerian Park Hotal Buenos Aires and we have continued to choose it for the quality of its service, including the attention of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and a very good breakfast. Since the last few times we have been detecting some restrictions, for example on amenities, which were normally of quality and abundant. Last weekend (March 7 and 8, 2026), unfortunately we got the unpleasant impression that the hotel’s decline is becoming more evident. In a “superior” room (which costs around $300,000 – more than $200.-) there were burned lights, lack of all kinds of amenities (in other times there was even notepaper, birome, shoe shine, etc. etc.). And worst of all was breakfast. Of course there are two notorious falsehoods: on the one hand the images that are published on the website and the networks. It has nothing to do with the real thing. And on the other hand, there is no such "brunch" as is touted for Sundays. It's the same poor breakfast every day. And particularly on Sunday 8/3/26, it was already the extreme. Faced with the attendance of a number of people, there were no cups, no plates, no glasses, no cutlery. A single person removing the remains from the tables, who did not have enough for everything. And what was regrettable: there was no food available. All waiting for "something" to come out of the kitchen and have breakfast in a really embarrassing way. We very much regret that the hotel we had been choosing -almost without consulting alternatives, going to something we knew well-, has fallen so much in quality, to the point that we will surely not return anymore. But I did not want to fail to point out this circumstance, as at least we would have sought some recognition in the tariff in the face of such a clear and patent lack of service.
