Everything was excellent!! I am very grateful; it was a wonderful few days. At the front desk, the person in charge as Guest Service Agent, in my case, was Miss Camila Vilte. I received spectacular attention, with a lot of professionalism and very attentively. As a bellhop, I also received excellent and very attentive service from Mr. Gustavo Diaz, who was always available. And as for housekeeping, Karen also provided excellent and very attentive service, leaving everything very tidy every day. They made these days very comfortable, and I wanted to thank them especially. The hotel facilities are excellent as well. Best regards.

An excellent hotel in a good area of Buenos Aires, just 50 meters from the Buquebus ferry terminal that connects the Argentine capital with Uruguay. Within a short walking distance, you can also reach some of the main tourist attractions in the city center. The room is truly impeccable, everything is new and clean, with a soundproof window overlooking the skyscrapers in front of the hotel. Large and comfortable beds. Perfect bathroom in size and amenities. Abundant and exquisite breakfast starting from six-thirty in the morning. Since I had to leave a bit earlier than that time, they kindly gave me the option to prepare a breakfast box so I wouldn't miss breakfast. The staff is very efficient and professional. Upon my request at checkout, they even called a taxi for me to the airport at a fixed and fair rate. They even contacted me a few hours after I left, informing me that I had forgotten a sweater in the room, and they made themselves available to establish the best way to return the clothing item to me. Final comment: excellent!

Excellent hotel very well located, close to the Pacific Galleries and various restaurants. Close to attractions of Buenos Aires which is a charming city, with its wide avenues and streets, its magnificent and well-maintained squares, and with several majestic monuments.
