What a fabulous hotel! We came of a cruise early morning but the hotel allowed us early check in at 9 am so we didn’t even have to store our luggage and then return. It was also a late checkout with the following morning. The staff at the door were so professional and welcoming helping us throughout our time, engaging in conversation despite some language barriers … we don’t speak Spanish. It had its own restaurant … so convenient when we didn’t want to dine elsewhere and breakfast included. So close to shopping and malls and very safe. Yes we had to walk maybe 200m from where the taxi dropped us off but we knew where we were going thanks to the driver. The bed was comfy, room spacious, pillows great, bathroom wonderful.

I had two rooms booked for work, for myself and an employee, for over a month. When I get to the hotel they tell me the reservation was cancelled. And that they had nothing to do with it. Only one room remained available and the price was 75% more expensive. According to them, I had cancelled the reservation. Which was a lie. Booking customer service confirmed to me that Hotel cancelled my reservation with the excuse of an invalid credit card. He was a regular customer. I never return to this hotel again.

Very bad breakfast. Very small variety and low quality. The advantage of the hotel is the location. Very well positioned. It's a block from the Pacific Gallery. The room is old but gives to sleep nice, even though the bed is not there these things. Shower with very good water.
