Stayed here two nights, was in town for work. Good place, clean, modern, good attention. Super cheap rates! Tiny rooms but comfortable beds and bathroom, room has a desk and a small fridge and that's about it so if you are looking for cheap and don't mind the small rooms this is definitely a good choice. Be careful of walking the surroundings after 10PM as this is a business area that dies after 8PM and only unsavory people and homeless roaming around. You have a pharmacy half a block from the place opens till late as well as a convenience store that sells beverages and great empanadas!

Overall the place is not bad. Good location in the downtown area and close to many amenities and attractions, helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, BUT is in desperate need for some updating and deep cleaning. Carpets and fabric headboards were heavily stained and in places greasy and sticky, air conditioning units need updating, they are very noisy and the roar produced by many of them overnight makes it hard to sleep. A simple things like renewing the corroded shower heads are easy wins.

Helpful front desk, they have ordered a taxi to the airport. Room as advertised. Nice antique elevator system. Good location in the centre of Buenos Aires. Good shopping & restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty basic.
