This is not a hotel, therefore, they have no reception nor fast communication. The girl lied to me by saying I was a VIP customer and decided to "upgrade" my room to another building. I agree as I'm flexible and I just wanted a place to celebrate my anniversary with my fiancee. But everything was down hill from there. The girl accompanied me to the new building and told me to explore ti with her as she never been there before, which I founded weird as she couldn't stop talking about herself, her sympathy, knowledge and how well she knew everything. It had a smaller and dirtier swimming pool than the room I've actually booked, but still, I didn't say anything. Once inside the room, the whole place smelt like bleach. It was a first floor with tiny walls and a balcony that faced the street, so no views for me. This girl asked me to please don't turn on both of the ACs as there there was an electricity problem with the previous guest. So I did, but as the temperature outside was really hot, I turned on one of the ACs, the one in my room. Half an hour later, the whole electricity system shut down and naturally, the AC stop working. I called and messaged the girl but as there is no reception in this place, no one answered my calls until the next day. I went down the stairs looking for help but I found no one. The girl came 9:00am the next day telling me that the energy was now restored. After the really mediocre breakfast (included in a pizza place round the corner), I asked a guy for a refund. He lied to me by saying no one was there at that moment. I said I won't move until I get my money back and suddenly the girl showed up. She told me they were not going to do anything and that I have to deal with booking.com (who where really helpful, as always). Bottom line, don't waste your time with this scammers. They aren't cheap either and the location is really bad (dangerous neighbourhood).

We got there for 4 days . The cleaness was bad , some black hair in a bathroom , no one came to clean . To cook We only had a kettle and the frying pan was not workable . The windows to get to the balcony didn't close and the locker was broke , best way to feel unsafe .To finish the double bed was two different bed wich made a bid hole in the middle , not nice for a couple . Beside the guy who work here was nice and helpful and the neighborhood full of restaurant and bar , hipster style . We liked our time here but it's not a place I would recommend ..

Quiet area and great for sleeping in. Felt safe as a solo traveller. I had a studio which was basic but had everything I needed. Think my room was only cleaned once but I was hardly there and only there to sleep. If you are looking for somewhere you intend to spend a lot of time look elsewhere. Great wifi
