Ayres de Recoleta Plaza

Book with my family through the Take Off App, when we arrived the lady at reception told me that “my booking was not confirmed and there was NO place. That I managed with Despegar and without much else he withdrew from the building” question, that neither Despegar nor Ayres Apartments Recoleta took over and we met in the street with a 2 year old boy at 7pm and we could not get another accommodation. A disaster!!! I do NOT recommend it nor would I return

The room we rented was horrible. The room was dirty, the towels were gray and dingy with yellow stains. Yes it was cheaper than most rooms in the area. I’ve stayed there before but the rooms are showing signs of deterioration. We had to leave this location because it was too depressing.

Very good apartments. I'm up to 104, and it's top-notch. The owner always willing, courtesy leave gable and bags of coffee and Te (not everywhere leave). The area is excellent, full of places to eat, half a block from the cemetery of la recoleta. I recommend it.
