Blue Soho Hotel

It is very well located and easy to get anywhere, nice restaurants very near. The bad part is the room, not very clean. Bath is a problem and also I wouldnt recommend to stay there in winter, the heating is very bad

I would say that this is a good budget hotel with excellent location. The staff in here is really helpful and friendly with good English skills. The location makes it easy for you to explore the city and find places to drink and eat nearby. The room was old and fairly basic but it really didn't disturb me in any way. I would only complain about the amount of noise in this place as the insulation is awful like in most of the places in Argentina. We had a great couple of days in this hotel.

Really a mediocre experience. Economical, yes, but not enough to justify the stained, stiff towels (when we had them), mildewed shower, humidity ridden paint every corner, broken lamp, broken and stopped up wash bowl and shower (GROSS) that accumulated water ankle high, roach motels in the stall.... rusty shampoo amd soap holder (GID FORBID YOUR SOAP FALL INTO THE WATER!!!!). The beds were made very sloppily, had to REMAKE them everyday after first two nights of scrambling bed clothes constantly off the floor, both of us. Hot water came out of both faucets, no glass, and breakfast was really BASIC. If I'm on a long weekend shopping spree I need the eggs and bacon option... to survive the kilometric walks. Ended up going out to b'fast everyday. Everyone was very helpful and sweet though, and once upon a time the hotel had a Trip Advisor distinction (2011), but it would appear that they never renewed a towel since, or painted a room for that matter. Really a shame because the location is fantastic and they are decorated with good taste, for a low budget; and I insist, the people who work there really are very nice and helpful. It would appear to be a little left to its own fate, unfortunately. So promising. A shame. I hope they catch on, most of the problem is superficial. The intentions are vert good. MAINTENANCE URGENTLY.
