We never had such a disastrous experience anywhere else. We arrived at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion and had the reservation already paid and confirmed by Takeoff. Still, they refused to house us, offered no solutions and no one from management wanted to attend to us. They kept us waiting and we ended up leaving to find another hotel in an emergency. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience. A total lack of respect. DON'T GO OR BOOK WITH THEM.

This is a terrible place. The pictures are old, it does not reflect how it looks now. Chandeliers are broken. There is no coffee. There is no water. There are no cups in the room. You can’t call reception because there is no phone. There is no room service. The television is not smart. The whole place is completely abandoned.

The staff was the best part of the hotel, very friendly. The room needed a little maintenance, the bathroom was obviously old.
