Fertilia Downtown Apartments

I stayed in this hotel for a week on a business trip and can say the room size was significantly larger than many others i've been before. Overall stay was quite nice, my only complaints were about the fact that there was no room service (although the room is equipped with a kitchenette)and that the view from the room was unpleasant, facing a/c units on a side street.

I was in Fertilia hotel in 2009, i stayed there about 2 months working with my team on a tv program for Middle East.It was a nice stay, it s located in Downtown, 5 mns from Florida street, there is many restaurants around and many shops, the staff were lovely and professional, the breakfast wasn't superb, too little,and not tasty, the rooms are big and spacious, but this hotel has a good energy, try it!

I went to this hotel in beginning October and this is a average hotel the are large and have a good space and location, the price is good and you can find very good things close to the hotel for example puerto madero, the only thing is that the hotel have some years, for the other things you have what you paid
