Our experience at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and warm, making us feel very welcome at all times.
We stayed to celebrate our wedding night, and upon learning of the occasion, they had many thoughtful details that made us feel truly special. Additionally, since the spa was under renovation during our stay, the hotel kindly compensated for that inconvenience with a room upgrade and a complimentary massage session. It was a gesture that we greatly appreciated and that demonstrates the hotel's commitment to the satisfaction of its guests.
