Ultra Hotel

Don‘t even think about it! It might have being a great place 10 years ago, but now its a dump! It is a construction site and parted in the middle. Nobody’s speaking a word in english so you are unable to to complain at the smallest thing. Everything is run down and dirty and i have no idea how they manage to get a „ good“ at booking.com. This place should be closed down for good. Right next to our room there is a rim that is not secured and you could fall to death.

1. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything happening in the next door room, as if they were in ours (we were in room 2). I was woken up at 5.30AM by the intimacy of the couple in room 1 which was quite disturbing. 2. There was a strong smell of paint. This, on top of the noise issue, made us go and ask the receptionist for a solution. She told us she would change us to a different room but that night wasn’t possible and the next day they forgot about the whole thing, which was very disappointing. Since we were there for just two nights, I didn’t chase the case but I was not impressed by the service at this hotel. 3. The safe box wasn’t working when we arrived and had to ask reception to come and fix it. 4. The pricing is not transparent. The one that’s published in Booking is only valid if you pay in cash, and they only tell you that after you’ve booked, by message. The price you pay is the average night price for any good hotel in Europe where the service is actually worth it. If it wasn’t for the comfy bed and location, I’d be seeking for a refund. 5. Another important point, they don’t give you a VAT receipt but a paper signed by the hotel saying that they received your money, please make sure you claim a VAT receipt. Stayed for 8 days in a Junior Suite. Every space Of The hotel its just unique, the room had a basic fridge & breakfast, but for the king size bed, cleaning and decoration i’ll give a 10 The location its the best you can find. Really nice style!!!
