Unique Art Madero

A very cold night in Buenos Aires, coming from a tiring trip, I encountered a hotel with a broken elevator and heating. I was so tired I didn 't want to complain , just watch a TV and hang myself in bed . Ah! The remote control also didn't work! What hotel is this? Good breakfast. And I'll never come back!

Clearly, a hotel to stay for a maximum of two nights. It is clean and the staff is friendly, but it is VERY OLD and located in the not nice or safe section of Puerto Madero; you cannot go out at night, as there are homeless people in front who have taken over the street to live. It definitely needs a renovation. I requested a pillow from the concierge, and it was never brought to me. I asked for the TV to be fixed, but it never happened. I paid the rate with breakfast, and the eggs were almost raw (probably powdered) and there was a lot of bread, many pastries, but almost nothing else.

For the price you pay for this location it’s not bad. A 5 minute walk to Puerto Madero with lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We paid for early check in and was allocated room 702. The room was spacious with a very large bed, great air con and a bathroom containing a shower over the bath. The walls in the room were paper thin and I didn’t feel overly safe. It looked clean at first glance but the wardrobe was dirty and so was the bath tub. I don’t think I’d stay here again to be honest, I’d pay more and stay in Puerto Madryn but staff were friendly.
