We went in January when it was supposed to be in its glory and the truth that let it down.
We knew that it was an old hotel and that it might lack maintenance but we prioritized recreation of the boys and were guided by good opinions about recreation that the truth was not expected. A lot of disorganization in the schedules of the activities, they put activities in the pool in the middle of sunshine just when the doctors recommend not to expose themselves to those hours. They always found some reason to justify themselves by changing the schedule of activities.
The other thing that seemed to me fourth is that you are charged for the use of umbrellas or cots, so that the one who did not want the sun to give him must pay separately and if you do not pay die desolate.
The breakfast seemed quite poor as did the quality, quite bad. For example, orange juice was unmistakable and if you wanted the good one you had to fertilize separately, like coffee, everything apart.
It seems to me that for what one pays they should provide better service and include things.
The most rescueable thing was the fire pit on Tuesdays which was okay and the gym which was also okay.
The staff most attentive, would only pay attention to the reception that many times one sees the phone ringing and do not take calls.
I would pay more attention to the guests who pay for the stay than to those who stay for free of exchange that often no one knows them and out there to attend to them to make propaganda they leave aside the guests who we are who feed them because thanks to we pay the hotel does not have to close.

I knew that the hotel was not modern which did not bother me, but it did bother me that the restaurants were closed, we found out there, which makes you go out to eat outside, since lobby bar has a brief menu, in the room there was problem with the toilet, and in the pool area they do not put umbrellas, the only thing there are some shaded beds that are rented, the rest is in full sun which makes you looking for the shade of some tree, nothing comfortable or practical..

We were waiting for the accommodation plus dinner proposal for weeks as we were always told it was about to be published.
Finally, we received a communication on Friday morning detailing that proposal.
From there and after a friendly chat with a Reservations employee, she contacted me with a Special Events agent (who never identified herself) around 10 a.m.
After a very correct exchange about different options offered by the Hotel and all my queries, which were duly answered, around 7 p.m. I received a message informing that there was no longer room for our family group (an army of 4 adults and a child of 3 years).
In short, they wasted all day coming and going to finally run out of reserve.
Are all places sold out in less than 24 hours or are potential guests teased?
