The shower in room 601 is paupérima, in the comments of previous users I now understand that before it flooded and that the solution of the accommodation was to put a cap on the volume of water. The consequence: you feel cold when showering. Janitor Gaston said he didn't understand my claim. After making claims for various problems, for example two power outages in the kitchen (always politely), Gaston allowed himself to disrespect me violently and rudely, implying that the troubled person was me. In other words, Gaston did not eliminate the problems in the room, but he did try to decrease the guest’s claims so as not to expose himself to Gaston’s mistreatment. They never changed the sheets. When I asked the maid, they changed them... the last day! The worst part is knowing that janitor Gaston and his trainees know perfectly well that they offer a lousy service, but present themselves as superior. Experienced fraudsters. A scam with mistreatment and disrespect.

It doesn't deserve the 8.2 score listed on Booking, there aren't in the rooms what they offer, as a safe, the room is not 35m2, the good thing about the apartments is the location and the friendliness of the receptionists who offer what is missing in the rooms like toaster, electric pavas and pots... I didn't expect it to be so poorly maintained, although they clean every day and change sheets and towels, you need a deep cleaning of bathrooms and paint.

Exceptional location!! Perfect accommodation. Great bath. Total silence and great quality of sleep. Super clean apartments. Efficient, friendly service. Congratulations to manager Gaston and also to the other ate dentes. Adequate prices.
