We had booked a room through the Booking app and when we arrived there was no reservation. We got very nervous, because nothing like this had ever happened, after years of making reservations for the app and being genius 3. With the help of the receptionist Cristian, we found that the page we had used was fake as the address and information about the hotel, were not true. Everyone was very kind, contacted Booking to alert the fraud and offered us a superior room with the same value as we had booked, as a way to compensate for all the trouble.
The facilities of the hotel are modern and tasteful, a cozy atmosphere and all very attentive. We thank you for the welcome and we will definitely stay here again on other visits to Buenos Aires.
