Feirs Park Hotel

I stayed for three nights in an "Executive Diamond" room. The room is spacious, very comfortable, although the bathroom is small and uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is very good, in one of the safest areas. The breakfast is average, leaning towards mediocre, just the basics. The service from the staff is very good. But what I want to emphasize is that there is no way this is a 5-star hotel as it is rated, which confuses people. It is inconceivable that a hotel of this rating has a television that is not a Smart TV, of small dimensions (40 inches) and what is worse, with an analog TV signal (incredible), with few channels and very poor quality. The wifi signal is poor, it constantly drops. The air conditioning for heating/cooling is poorly sized for the room's area. When we arrived, the room felt like a refrigerator and took a long time to acclimate. The closet is open, it practically had no hangers, so I had to request some. The toiletries are of low quality, without brands. The room's decor is that of a 3-star hotel. They do not offer complimentary water. The purpose of this comment is to clarify that it is not a hotel of the category it claims to be. If you want a good 3-star hotel, this is it. I do not understand how it can be rated this way.

Feirs Park Hotel & Rooftop exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our return flight to Houston wasn’t until 9 p.m., so we asked the front desk if we could leave our luggage until 5 p.m. Instead of having us check out, they kindly extended our room key access to 5 p.m. We travel frequently around the world, and this is the first time we’ve received such thoughtful and generous service.

Good location, very good treatment from Darío and the hotel staff and concierge. who sent us a slice of cake by telling him it was that same day mom's birthday and complimentary welcome drink vouchers. Clean sheets, good bed, spacious room, has even pava and frigobar. Nice hotel. Things to improve: noises heard from another room. Full basic breakfast but more things could be added, we did not work the wifi in our stay. In fact I had no sign in the lobby, the shower was a jet not good pressure and came out either very hot or very cold, the pool is not heated I found very small and full of people we had no sun and was a maze to get there had no signage, the gym and sauna was fine. Improve cleaning.
