Hotel Impala

Very good service from all staff, from the manager, reception staff, cleaning and dining staff. They are always ready to collaborate and resolve any problems that come their way. The location is excellent, in a quiet and quiet cudra but a step from 9 de Julio Avenue and Santa Fé. The rooms are simple, well lit, wooden floor and very good for those of us who have an allergy to carpets, plus everything works. Behind the reception are two large tables, well lit for the guest who needs to do some work, with coffee available. In short a good hotel for which you need to spend time in Buenos Aires, whether for tourism, walk or business.

Old hotel, but well located. Facilities are fine, although I repeat, it is not a modern establishment. Breakfast is also fine and relatively complete, although it might include more options with fruits and the coffee was not exactly the best I have had (a little burned perhaps). A positive point to highlight is also the attention of the staff. Specifically, it happened in my stay that I was touched by some rather noisy neighbors until the early hours of the morning, who did not stop in their behavior even after having called the reception and who from there have come to ask for silence. The hotel staff apologized for this, both to me and to my employer’s claims, and offered both the possibility of changing hotels and changing rooms. I do not think it is appropriate to punish the establishment for the behavior of “misfits”, perhaps if to emphasize that the soundproofing of rooms would be desirable.

Excellent location, close to various sights and supermarkets. Very kind attention. Breakfast simple and sufficient. It has fruit, coffee, milk, bread and candy. Nice room with large and comfortable double bed, air conditioning, wi-fi and fridge bar. The bathroom is small with bathtub and curtain, but it is not a problem. I really liked it and would stay again.
