They stole silver from the safe and no one took care of it!!!! We went for three nights and the second day we realized there was silver missing from the safe. A LOT OF SILVER 1000 dollars and 800,000 pesos. They never looked for a solution. They mistreated my father who is a 76-year-old retired gentleman and treated them as a liar... and also did not offer the refund of the payment we had made in the accommodation as compensation. They said they checked the cameras and nothing was visible, which is impossible because it was more than 30 hours of recording and within three hours they said they had already checked everything.
