Park Elegance Unique Hotel

We checked in at 7:00 p.m. The room had no towels. We claimed them and they told us that there was none, they were waiting and they were going to take them to the room. 10.30pm, come down to claim again. They gave me the towels and the comment was that they had forgotten to bring them. Breakfast has different things, but we went down 09.30 to breakfast and there were no ham or scrambled eggs. There was no more dulce de leche either. The plates and glasses were delivered to order, because they were not clean and you had to expect them to be washed. When we withdrew from breakfast, the missing things were still going on. 4 stars is a huge lie. Because of the awful service you have, I don't know if you're up to three stars.

We arrived not found the reservation, at 17 hrs they went to see "clean" rooms, they gave us one unmade and with dirty towels and sheets. We went for a walk and in the meantime they just took out the towels and the dirty bag... There were no towels or utensils in the bathrooms at 11pm... And to top it off, no hot water... ahh, and the air doesn't work... Not half a star, one WHY LAUGH

We had to ask for a change of room, because the assigned one had a totally misshapen mattress. The head of the bed was very worn; there was a very bad chair, and the room smelled damp. The new room had a lot of damp spots on the walls.
