Very bad family experience. I do not recommend it for those traveling with children. I traveled from Chile with my wife and my three children. I booked a loft for 5 people that, according to the listing, had 4 beds. Upon arrival, we encountered a completely different reality: one double bed, two sofa beds, and to complete the supposed 4 beds, two mattresses thrown on the floor under one of the sofas. Trying to pass off mattresses on the floor as beds for a family is unacceptable. Additionally, the room had an old television that did not work. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but it also did not meet what was promised: one double bed, two small single beds, and a kind of sofa bed. We decided to order breakfast one day (it is charged separately) and it was a great disappointment. The coffee was cold, the bread seemed reheated, and nothing looked fresh. We ended up leaving practically everything and went out to have breakfast outside the hotel. The rooms also did not have enough blankets, the air conditioning was very difficult to operate, and the television was only repaired after three days of stay. The facade of the building may look attractive, but the experience was far from what we expected. As a family, we felt deceived regarding the conditions offered at the time of booking. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience and we would not stay here again.

Very good hotel, its location is excellent, staff very careful and helpful, solving all our doubts, the only bad thing is accessibility in the room since the room we stay is a Loft and difficult for people of age and with some disability.

Very good location, original proposal of the rooms and nice staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows, spacious and quiet rooms and good water pressure. Cleanliness and quiet. That said, it should be mentioned that the rates are high and all services (breakfast, cleaning, etc.) are additional. It is the first time that cleaning the room in a hotel has come at an additional cost, the only reason I would not return. There's no parking.
