Unique Executive Chateau

Dismal experience in a hotel that claims to have 4 stars but in reality, from my experience, should only have 1 or 2. Besides the rooms do not have the category they show or define in the photos and on their website, the attention is bad, the hotel is sloppy and dirty and the management lies. My most important recommendation is that they do not pay in advance, who wants to stay there who first asks to see the rooms and if they agree to the value for money they offer, then pay. I made the mistake of paying first for a DELUXE room and was ripped off by sending myself to a room on the top floor, with stair access, next to the cleaning room, with all the rags and buckets in sight. A room far below any standard. No phone, no wake, with a bad shower, no scrubber and not the slightest resemblance to the published photo. And even though the employee of that day confessed to us that it was neither deluxe, nor standard and was only justified in that the hotel was full, they never gave me the difference back, nor did they apologize or contact me to explain what had happened. NOTHING, just silence and charging, of course. Very unfortunate experience that we could only solve by looking for another hotel. DO NOT lose your money.

Very good location. Very good price product!!!! Simple but comfortable and clean room. Mattress and cooling that allow you a very good rest

They didn't even help me with the bags. Old elevators for 2 people. No tableware made it easy. They're understaffed. Single person at reception
