Very good experience. Everything was correct: room, breakfast, indoor pool, everything was okay. In my opinion, it could use better maintenance and detail, but it was very good. The kindness of the staff is a 10. Thank you!!!

The location is good. All the facilities are very deteriorated. The spa is a disgrace in how it is offered. The best part of the spa is the massage therapists. The rooms are very comfortable and large, but the mattresses are a disaster and the bathroom is deteriorated. The staff has no desire to serve. And then they tell you that you have a free dinner; we did not use it, and they charged us $55,000. We had no one to talk to about this because there is no one responsible. The breakfast was good.

Fallen apart WITHOUT maintenance The spa was horrible, cold, and gloomy; the walls had peeling paint, all the plaster was chipped, and the hard plastic loungers were uncomfortable and stiff. In summary, we could not enjoy it. They deceive the customer because they tell you that for the stay you have a free dinner, and at the moment of check-out, they charge you for the dinner even if you did not use it because they say it is a "third-party service." Massages: the masseuses are very good. Dining room staff: disastrous. Reception staff: disastrous Clean rooms, but neither the bathroom sink nor the bathtub faucet works, and even less so the bidet. The mattress in the room that was a 'King with mountain view' was completely sunken and wavy. Hallways leading to the rooms are cold. Mediocre breakfast, the eggs were clumpy, and the fruits were green and hard. In summary, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
