I had the fortune to travel and visit hotels of different categories in various countries, and I always say that the difference is made by the staff; this is the case with the Amérian Portal del Iguazú. I stayed on the occasion of my wedding anniversary and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the staff. To begin with, I highlight the cordiality at reception from Yorgina, Vanesa, and Cristian, who, upon mentioning that we were celebrating 40 years of marriage, treated us as if we were royalty and made us have wonderful moments, always willing, kind, and resolving everything—excursions, transfers, everything you need with just a request. The restaurant under the direction of Eugenio is perfect, and the attention from the waiters Ariel, with his culinary experience and professionalism, is on par with any professional in Paris. Along with the kindness of Juan and Emilia, they make you feel at home surrounded by friends all the time, treating you with good humor. Without a doubt, we will return and we recommend it to all our circle of friends.

Joint the group in Santiago, Rubin the tour guide was magnificent and delicated to job getting us around Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Nothing was any problem to him had it sorted out in minutes, when he was on ball.

Many thanks to ALL those who make up the AMERIAN...I was with my husband 6 unforgettable days celebrating my 68th birthday....WE SPENT BEAUTIFUL DAYS!!!The attention from the reception, cleaning, people of the restaurant, the chef who cooks delicious...ALL SPECTACULAR...AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the pampering at breakfast on my birthday...cake, extinguishing the candle and people singing the HAPPY FULFILLMENT was a pampering to my soul...A BEAUTIFUL ATTENTION THAT I THANK YOU VERY MUCH....WE WILL RETURN WITHOUT A DOUBT...THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL, THE VIEW OF THE RIVER INCOMPARABLE, THE POOL LIT BY SPECTACULAR NIGHT...Iguazu is beautiful and THE FALLS OF THE IGUAZU....INCREDIBLE... SEEMS TO TOUCH THE SKY WITH YOUR HANDS....I RECOMMEND THEM AND WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN....
