Exe Hotel Cataratas

The hotel is falling apart!!! It lacks a lot of maintenance. The staff, in turn, were very unfriendly. The hotel reception is terrible, and the receptionists do not know how to solve any problems. It is evident that it used to be a nice place… neglect has turned it into a deplorable location.

The hotel has the services of a 5-star, but, for maintenance, does not meet that STD. You can see that the restoration is being worked on and finished, it will be much better. Highlights, the room itself. Very good, breakfast and restaurant, very good. The spa, fine. The pool, fine. Football, tennis, basketball, good courts. Conversely, exterior paint.Aisle carpets. Very, very positive the attention of the staff, the family atmosphere and quiet and the presence of the management in all the details.

I liked it, the very nice hotel (especially the room which was super spacious and had quite a lot of storage place), the service was good. In the fridge they left you a list of things that were there (but in reality things were missing) so you have to check that in case they consume so that they do not charge something that they did not catch.
