The overall experience was very good. Of note, breakfast: rich and varied, with just and necessary. Very good coffee too. As a detail, they do not allow to take breakfast food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing to improve is the air conditioning, since in our room you could not regulate well (it was basically on or off). In addition, the internet worked regularly inside the room. One point to note is the view according to the room: pairs (e.g. 222) have a nice view, while odd ones (e.g. 223) overlook a construction site. It does not affect the quality of the hotel, but it is a detail to consider. The pool sector is very cute, although it is not allowed to enter with food (only matte), so you have to consume on site. The food at the hotel is good, although somewhat expensive. For example, a large Neapolitan pizza (8 servings) is around $23,000. As for cleanliness and staff attention, excellent. All very neat and smooth. We did late check-out, we found it a bit expensive, but the truth is it was worth it. The location is good: it is on a roundabout, opposite the “Iguazu” sign. It is about 20 blocks from Duty Free and migrations, and about 18 blocks from downtown or the terminal. An Uber up there costs approximately $5,700. I'd go again.

Worst breakfast in a while. 95% of what this hotel offers for breakfast is bread or cake. There is obviously no cook. They pull the prepackaged cakes out and that's it. There are cold cuts, cheese and fruit. Sugar water they call juice. The coffee is ok. The only hot item is sad scrambled eggs, which are actually cold. There's a microwave. But really 95% of everything this hotel offers is bread and cake. They did offer me gluten-free bread, so there's that. I'm grateful for the two slices of bread. That was my breakfast. The internet doesn't work in the room, so I'm forced to work in a loud lobby where they won't allow me to have my own drink. I have no idea where I'm going to do my Zoom call in the morning. The air conditioner in our room dripped such a huge puddle of water in our room that we had to call someone to mop it up at midnight. The hotel is far away from the waterfall and not that close to the town of Iguazú, which is hardly worth a visit anyway: just a few streets of restaurants with bad food and lots of wine shops (of course great for the locals). Maybe save all the taxi rides and stay closer to one or the other? The pickings are slim here. Anyone coming here is just here for the waterfall, which is of course worth the visit and the bad hotels.

The worst part of the hotel the staff service. From the reception you don’t know if they are angry or that’s their character, but in general everyone speaks to you with a bad face. When I registered I was told that at the end of my stay I would be charged a new tax from the province, and that it would be approximately 2 USD per night per room, when I left they charged me more than 20 USD, because according to them it was 2 USD per night per room per person, I told them that that was not what they had informed me and they replied that that was the tax and that obligatorily I would have to pay it, of the tax they refused to give me receipt, I no longer argued because I had to go to the airport. Everything is charged, my flight arrived around midnight, when I arrived at the room I realized that there was not a bottle of water in courtesy (as in almost any hotel), I went down to reception and all they offered me was to sell one at bar price, once again with terrible attitude. Breakfast very reduced in options, and with a thousand signs that it is forbidden to take out food, if it is their policy is fine, but the way they do it is quite annoying, the waiters are busier to watch that people do not eat food than to wait at tables. The facilities of regulars to half, but the service makes you have a bad experience.
