* The reception staff are liars and scammers. We wrote to the hotel a week before arriving, asked for the best way to pay, provided all the guest information, and paid exactly as the hotel instructed. On the day of check-in at the front desk, it turned out that we had to pay an "additional" tax. We couldn't just pay it separately—they had to cancel the previous transaction, issue a new invoice, and have us pay all over again. In any case, I wouldn't have agreed to that because I had already paid a $200 commission on various currency conversions and for paying with a foreign card. But what's remarkable is that they didn't even offer to do it that way; they just asked us to pay again. This is illegal! And it completely violates the terms of sale for certain services! They started rubbing it in our faces that they know the law and we don't, but they didn't show or state any specific clauses. Then, when I asked them to call the general manager, it turned out he was "very busy," but they "decided not to charge the fee"! This is also an absolute scam; there was no way they could legally demand this fee from us—only ask for cash and pocket it, which is probably what they intended to do! * On top of all this, it was my husband's birthday, and instead of having a good time, we were forced to argue with these scammers and liars. They knew perfectly well it was his birthday, yet they congratulated someone else in the restaurant while we were sitting right there! Meaning, another person got the congratulations, while we got a scandal and an attempted scam! * In this so-called "five-star" hotel, there is simply no drinking water. And no kettles in the rooms! I have to walk to the gym during its working hours just to get water from the cooler to mix baby formula. * The baby cribs basically have incredibly soft, unsafe mattresses. * ALL the food we ate in the restaurant was disgusting. Bone dry, like the Sahara Desert. * The mattresses are soooo old and awful—it's impossible to get any rest on them! I woke up about 10 times every single night we had to spend in this hell. This is rock bottom. The staff are liars and deceivers who can't even apologize to your face after realizing they screwed up. My husband's birthday was completely ruined, and we didn't even receive an apology.

We went in July to spend a few days as a family. The truth is that the hotel and everything it offers is incredible. From the shuttle service, food, activities for the kids, etc. The gym is a 100, the same as the sauna.
