I booked the Vila Escapada luxury service, which includes everything for 3 nights for my wife and me. All the staff made us feel very comfortable; the quality of service is excellent. Every dish we tried is spectacular. My wife is vegan, and both the bars and the restaurant went out of their way to prepare fully vegan-friendly food. The drinks offered by the bar are amazing! The massages at the spa are fantastic. The location and the views it offers provide a feeling of being (and it is) in the middle of the missionary jungle. The building is well-maintained, appearing intact and spotless. The cleaning service is impeccable.
This type of attention and welcome makes us choose and highly recommend this hotel. We are very happy and hope to return soon :)
