A really disappointing experience.
The air conditioning froze every night. Of 4 nights, 3 slept with heat because it had to be turned off so it would not block. Amazing that in the middle of summer they can not guarantee something as basic as being able to sleep well.
The reception staff was indifferent and unresolving. The facilities are old and neglected. Cold water comes out at room temperature, hot water does not work properly and even the electric kettle had to be pressed to heat. On top of that, if you order ice, they charge you.
The towels in the pool look like rags, all spun. The wifi is practically unusable: it cuts constantly. They do not allow outside food, which would be understandable if the service compensated, but it is not the case.
They report that after the check-out you can stay in the pool, but the day we were leaving they closed it until everyone who left that day left. Misleading advertising.
The only rescueable thing is the restaurant: friendly staff and rich food, although the portions are small for the price.
I definitely wouldn't come back. Poor care and lousy value for money.
