Food took an hour and a half for an average at best meal, left feeling very underwhelmed and frustrated

We would like to thank the hotel staff in the night we checked in (May 2026). My wife suddenly got sick and ended up requiring emergency medical treatment. Thankfully, we ran into a guest who is a doctor who first checked on my wife. The staff was calmly listening and responding by calling an emergency Dr to see my wife after moving her to the room. We made some mess but the team was very helpful and understanding. The Dr quickly arrived and gave treatment. Had they not done all this, my wife could be in a much worse situation, even life-threatening. We would like to specifically thank Tamara for her leadership, and the team to responding so well to the situation. (And thankful for Google Translate!) For the hotel itself, it was very comfortable and spacious. We were able to rest and recuperate nicely from the episode. We were able to continue our trip and we just returned home to write this thank-you note!

Excellent hotel, incredible value for money. Very nice rooms. Beautiful pool. My daughters enjoyed it a lot. The location is very quiet, near the Three Borders landmark. Highly recommended.
